Shipping Method - India
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders above ₹999/- and below ₹10,000/-. For COD orders, you will receive a WhatsApp confirmation message within 5 minutes of placing your order. If your provided number is not available on WhatsApp, please DM us on Instagram @tonoto.in. All listed prices are inclusive of GST.

We are thrilled to offer international shipping to over 200 countries worldwide. Our commitment is to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your products, and we have partnered with reputable and dependable courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, and India Post.
- Shipping Charges: International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.
- Custom Duties: Please note that any applicable customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.
Order Processing and Dispatch
Each piece is meticulously handcrafted to ensure high quality and faster delivery, except for made-to-order items.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email and WhatsApp notification as soon as your order is confirmed. Our team may contact you to verify the details.
- Dispatch Timeline: We strive to dispatch your order within 24 working hours, though this may vary depending on your location. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or sales periods.
- Customization Requests: These may require an additional 8-10 working days, with any applicable fees mentioned on the product page. Customized orders are not eligible for exchange; please refer to our Refund, Exchange & Repair Policy for more details.
Delivery Schedule
Our courier partners deliver shipments from Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays) between 10 AM and 6 PM.
- Address Changes: Can be accommodated only if the order has not yet shipped from our warehouse.

Tracking Information
Once your package is dispatched, you will promptly receive an email and WhatsApp message containing your tracking information. While we assist in tracking your parcel, we are not responsible for delays due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, especially those caused by our delivery partners.
