Shipping Information

We ship all Rakhi orders across India within 4–6 working days. Up to 8 rakhis can be packed in one box. For gifts to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Free shipping is available on all prepaid and COD orders within India. COD is offered for orders between ₹999 and ₹10,000. All prices include GST.

International shipping is available, with charges shown at checkout. We mostly ship through Aramex. Most Rakhi parcels are marked as gifts, so duties are rare — but if applied, they must be paid by the customer.

Couriers are third-party partners, and while delays are uncommon, they may occur due to logistics or natural disruptions. We appreciate your understanding.

Each box fits up to 8 Rakhis and features Tonoto’s exclusive Rakhi-themed packaging. Every Rakhi is placed securely on a heart-shaped placement card to ensure it reaches safely and beautifully.

You can personalise your gift with optional roli & chawal bottles and Rakhi message cards.

I found it very cheap. Dont wven thinking of giving it to my bhabhi. I wish i could return and get a refund. Very disappointed with the purchase. Such an expensive mistake i made. I found better options offline.
