The quality is really good, and the colours look rich and beautiful. I absolutely loved the overall finish. However, the Rakhi is way too big in size. It doesn’t really look like a Rakhi when worn—it feels more like a large decorative accessory. I would definitely suggest making the size a little smaller so it looks more elegant and Rakhi-like. Overall, beautiful quality, but the size needs improvement.

Delivered four days late. No response to mails, calls, WhatsApp messages. The worst experience.

The rakhis recieved after rakhi festival and they dont even reply the emails and refused the refund!!

Never got my order as it was delivered to wrong address

It was a very bad experience, I was very excited to get my baby boy and his sisters their first Rakhis. But instead of that the order got delivered to the wrong address and the support team promised that they will deliver the order again to my address as it was prepaid order and I had to give OTP to the delivery guy and he never called me. That was on 20th August way ahead of festival. Since then I did not get any update, and my email also was ignored by the team. So very bad experience, will not order again for sure.

I really liked the “Best Sister” Rakhi. It was beautiful, colourful and thoughtfully designed. I loved the special message on it, as it made the Rakhi feel more meaningful. The Rakhi was a lovely way to celebrate the bond between siblings and made Raksha Bandhan feel even more special. Overall, I really liked the creativity and effort behind it.
