I ordered two Maa latkans but I have received two sasu maa’s latkans. Now Tonoto team is not replying to me anywhere - not on calls, emails or on WhatsApp. I need to get it replaced by TWO MAA’s latkan before karva chauth festival

The thali kalash n chalni is well handicrafted but the hanging in thali needs to be handicraft more better.
And the ghungroo can be little less weighted

I purchased the Rani Pink customised channi, 2 thalis, the cover, the karwa and the works from the collection. I like quality and it comes at a price. The last time I purchased such a set for 18 years back and have used it lovingly till date. When I saw this set I was bowled over. The pictures dont do justice to the workmanship. Each and every product is just perfect. The packaging that it came in was so secure and clean. I am in love with my Karwa purchase this year.

Not buying from here again, smell is not going away even after keeping thali and Kalash in the sun for 3-4 days. The whole room is stinking where these items I am keeping.
