Our team is working hard to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Since all our products are handmade, shipping is based on availability. All orders will be shipped by 14th August. Please note that couriers are third-party services, and any delays on their end or due to natural disturbances are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.

We offer free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders within India. COD is available for orders between ₹999 and ₹10,000. All prices include GST.

Disappointed with the quality and finishing

the design looks cute, but the actual quality was disappointing. The embroidery and stitching were not neat, the lettering looked uneven, and the overall finishing felt quite rough. The colours also did not look as refined as expected. Considering the price, I expected much better quality and finishing.

Worst Online Shopping Experience Ever!

I ordered a Rakhi on **19th July** with a clear assurance that it would be delivered by **26th August**. I trusted the brand because this was my first-ever purchase from them, but they completely broke that trust.

Rakhi was on **28th August**, yet my order was not delivered on time. Their customer support was also extremely slow and unhelpful. The Rakhi was finally delivered on **30th August**, after the occasion had already passed, so I had to refuse the delivery as advised.

This order was very important to me because it was my first Rakhi celebration with my bhabhi. I was really looking forward to it, but because of the late delivery, I couldn't celebrate it the way I had planned. They completely spoiled a very special moment for me.

If you couldn't deliver on time, why give a delivery assurance and raise someone's expectations? A delay in delivering a product is one thing, but giving false hopes, not responding properly, and then delivering after the festival is extremely disappointing.

You didn't just delay an order—you broke a customer's trust and spoiled a special occasion.

This has honestly been my worst-ever online shopping experience, and I would definitely think twice before trusting this brand again. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.
