We offer free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders within India. COD is available for orders between ₹999 and ₹10,000. All prices include GST.

Disappointed with the quality and finishing

the design looks cute, but the actual quality was disappointing. The embroidery and stitching were not neat, the lettering looked uneven, and the overall finishing felt quite rough. The colours also did not look as refined as expected. Considering the price, I expected much better quality and finishing.

Beautiful & Adorable Rakhis for Kids

The rakhis are beautiful and the quality is good. I ordered three kids’ rakhis, including the **My First Rakhi, Rainbow and Tony designs**, and overall I was happy with them.

One suggestion would be to mention the **actual size/dimensions of each rakhi** on the product page, as it is difficult to understand the size just from the pictures.

Also, since these are specially designed for kids, an **easier fastening option instead of the regular thread** would make them much more convenient to wear, especially the **My First Rakhi** design.

Overall, lovely designs with just a little scope to make them more kid-friendly and easier to choose online.

Disaappinted again: Wrong items received

I have ordered from Tonoto twice and have been disappointed both the times. The items are always different from what we order and this time the quality has degraded as well. On the occasion of raksha bandhan its a disappointment at the last min as it spoiled our baby's 1st rakhi celebration. Really disappointed.
