Quality Issues

If I am paying Rs.1000 for a rakhi the least I expect is the quality product. The ghungroo of this rakhi were detached, the thread are hanging from the rakhi and the colour of ghungroo has been faded. Really disappointed and will never buy rakhi from this site again. You really lost a customer who was intending to have repeat purchases with you.

Bhabhi rakhi lumba

The Bhabbhi Floral Lumba Rakhi is absolutely beautiful and looks even more lovely in person. The floral detailing and delicate design make it feel very special and elegant. The quality is lovely, and it was perfect for making Raksha Bandhan extra memorable. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it! 🌸💕

Quality not upto the mark.

I ordered the yellow lumba rakhi in which the shell hangings are not upto the mark. One side shell is used and the other side dummy shell (thermacol maybe) is used.

Quite disappointed this time.

The other two rakhi also namely the tostoise rakhi and the meme rakhi the quality is not good.

Hope you understand and look into the matter and improve the quality.

Rakhi is too beautiful

Rakhi is too beautiful but i would suggest the price should be a lil less according to the size of rakhi.

Overall bad experience

The overall quality and finish looks very cheap and rough on the edges. The sewing looks worn out and beads/bells are very cheap in quality. And it was expensive too. My sister in law loved this lumba and rakhi and we expected so much better before placing the order. There was a shipping issue too. Will not return again.

I complaint on whatsapp regarding the ghunghroo colour fade and rust which makes the rakhi look old. It is my first raksha bandhan with my bhabhi and i am not that satisfied with the quality.
